Dispatcher
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and dispatching reservations, communication with chauffeurs, and answering customer inquiries while using a state-of-the-art computer system for a local and worldwide ground transportation network.
Requirements: Prior Dispatching experience in the ground transportation industry (experience with LiveryCoach software a plus). Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Desktop environment, Microsoft Office and Email. The ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced multitasking environment, Punctuality, professionalism, and a desire to consistently exceed customer expectations.

Road Show Desk Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, resolving customer incidents, and accurately booking ground transportation requests into reservation computer system. Must have ability to multi-task, follow up on details, and be comfortable working with demanding individuals in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Livery Coach dispatch software is a plus. Requires Microsoft Office, the ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced multitasking environment, and punctuality and professionalism. Compensation is based on experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Customer Service Representative

Requires: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Email; the ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced, multitasking environment; and punctuality, professionalism, and a desire to consistently exceed customer expectations. Additional Experience (a plus, but not required): Previous customer service experience in transportation or any industry; and familiarity with reservation software applications.
