Marc Shpilner - President and CEOIn 1987, Marc founded Limousine Eighteen, Ltd., a global ground transportation company dedicated to keeping clients around the world "on the move." Limousine Eighteen evolved into M7, and today Marc is M7's President and CEO. Marc believes the key reason for his company's success has been a willingness to embrace changes in technology and to adapt to a radically different business landscape. Marc says, "We were one of the first small companies in the region to create a real worldwide network of affiliate partners. Our clients have been booking rides around the world with one call for many years."
For over 20 years, Marc's goal has been consistent: to provide stellar customer service and impeccable vehicles no matter who you are or where you're going. One of Marc's favorite large-scale events is servicing the Boston Marathon for John Hancock Financial Services. Dave Reinhart - Managing PartnerDave takes care of everything from strategic planning to hiring our world-class sales team and improving M7's internal processes. Working in the luxury transportation industry over the past 14 years has given Dave a wide perspective on what works best for M7 clients and employees.

Linda Shpilner - Director of AdministrationLinda joined her administrative talents with her husband Marc's business acumen 11 years ago when the company began to expand rapidly. Prior to that, she spent 17 years managing supply chain processes in the US and Europe for multi-national companies. "The amount of time I spent in sedans and on airplanes gives me a clear perspective of where our clients are coming from," Linda says.
Linda hasn't slowed down yet, and she has the unique ability to make the thousands of loyal M7 clients feel like they're part of the family.
Bill Walch - General ManagerBill has spent 15 years in the ground transportation industry. Prior to joining M7 in early 2007, Bill was employed by a national $140 million ground transportation provider, where he showed his expertise in a variety of roles. He began his career as an executive chauffeur and later served as fleet controller, operations supervisor, and facilities and operations manager.

Frank - Operations ManagerA 30-year travel industry executive, Frank has a lengthy resume of driving growth for leading transportation providers. He has directed road show operations around the nation, been a general manager in Philadelphia and the New York metro area, and managed primary and satellite call centers. As a former airline sales and marketing director and VP of corporate development for a world-renowned travel group, Frank knows transportation.
Franks says, "I enjoy managing operations at M7, including the Road Show group. Our investment banking, consulting, and pharmaceutical clientele expect only the best and that's what we give them. Lynda - Global Sourcing ManagerLynda has over ten years of experience in our industry and an extensive knowledge of global logistics. Before joining M7, Lynda worked as a customer service team leader and a fleet control liaison for one of the largest transportation companies in the US. Now she keeps M7's network running smoothly and works to expand into new markets. Lynda says, "With just one phone call or a click of your mouse, you can book your transportation anywhere in the world and rest assured you will receive the best ground transportation everywhere you travel."
Lynda also ensures consistency in service by reviewing training programs, insurance certificates, workman's compensation coverage, and W-9 status. She says, "As Global Sourcing Manager, it is my goal to make certain that every vehicle that our clients get into is not only spotless, but also properly insured and mechanically maintained. With our up-to-date technology and well trained staff, we can accommodate constantly changing travel plans seamlessly."
